Careers and Pathways

The Director of Pathways is dedicated to supporting students in developing meaningful career pathways and creating strategic plans for future employment.

Conveniently located in the library, it provides students with easy access to a wealth of resources that can assist them in both curriculum planning and shaping their career trajectory.

Some of the services provided include:

  • Individualised Career Counselling: The Director of Pathways works closely with students to understand their interests, skills, and goals. Through personalised counseling sessions, they explore various career pathways and develop a plan tailored to each student's unique aspirations.
  • Workshops and Events: Throughout the academic year, we organise workshops and events focused on skill development, university applications, networking, and industry trends. These opportunities allow students to gain valuable insights and build connections within their chosen fields.

Our comprehensive Careers Website is your go-to source for apprenticeship intakes, job opportunities, university open days, scholarships, resume building, and a wealth of career information.

Parents and students can subscribe to the careers newsfeed to receive up-to-date information.  Visit the St Brendan's College Careers website.

Appointments can be scheduled during school hours or by arrangement after school. Parents are invited to attend. Alternatively, if preferred, the Director of Pathways is available for consultations via phone or email.
