An annual event crafted to provide Year 6 students with an immersive glimpse into the vibrant life at St Brendan's College before embarking on their secondary school journey.
Who's Invited?
While tailored for Year 6 students, Discovery Day also welcomes students from other year levels considering enrolment at St Brendan's College in the future.
What Happens?
Participants will enjoy a day filled with diverse activities, from hands-on Physical Education to exploring the world of Visual Arts, and delving into Robotics and Industrial Technology and Design.
Your son will be guided by a Year Level Coordinator and Year 11 students.
What to wear?
We request attendees to wear their regular school uniform and bring a school hat and water bottle.
What to bring?
St Brendan's College will provide all other necessary materials, including morning tea and lunch. For a carefree day, students are encouraged to leave their school bags at home.
How to get there?
For students attending primary schools on the Capricorn Coast, transportation to and from the College is provided. Alternatively, if your son prefers to make his own way to the College, please ensure he arrives at the Chapel & Performing Arts Centre, via Gate 1 by 9:00 am.
