Water Polo

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

All students from Years 7 to 12 can participate. Each team is capped at 12 players to allow for a reasonable amount of game time.

The competition is divided into two (2) divisions:

Junior (Years 7 – 9)
Senior (Years 10 – 12)

WHEN IS IT HELD?

The Water Polo competition is played in both Term 1 and Term 4 and is conducted in two separate seasons. Games are held on Monday afternoon/evening in Rockhampton and training sessions are conducted at the coach’s discretion.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

Students who participate in the water polo program are required to wear the following:

Swimmers (provide own)
Mouthguard

COST

There is a levy required to participate in this competition. Students will register with the Rockhampton Water Polo Association. All information will be distributed once students sign on for the activity.
